Cooking Matters includes resources for all ages, with a focus on learning about and cooking delicious, nutritious, affordable meals and snacks. Each set of materials contains evaluation-based lessons, handouts, activities, and surveys, prioritizing a learner-informed approach that celebrates diversity, fosters inclusion and creates equitable learning experiences for all program participants.

Cooking Matters for Families includes six intergenerational lessons for children  8 – 12 years and their caregivers, highlighting the importance of working together to plan and prepare healthy meals on a budget. Turns stressful mealtime challenges into moments of confidence and joy.

The Food Trust is pleased to provide you with free access to a number of Cooking Matters resources, including videos, recipes, curricula, toolkits and surveys. Content Usage Agreement: Cooking Matters for Families

In order to access Cooking Matters curricula and toolkits, you will be asked to provide certain information such as name, organization name, email address, location, and intended use. This information helps us understand the full reach of Cooking Matters and will be used to strengthen and grow the program. Your information will be kept confidential. Cooking Matters usage data will only be shared in aggregate. By filling out the information below, you are agreeing to receive emails from The Food Trust asking for updates on content usage and reach. Upon completion, click "submit" and a screen will appear with links to the requested resources. To ensure that we are tracking the full list of Cooking Matters partners who are using these materials, please do not share these links.
