Ingredients

  • 4 6-inch whole wheat tortillas, pita bread or English muffins
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spread sauce on tortillas.
  3. Top with cheese and vegetables.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
