Meet The Food Trust, powering the Online Learning Hub since 2021

Delicious, Nutritious Food for All

Founded in 1992, The Food Trust works with neighborhoods, institutions, retailers, farmers, and policymakers across the country to ensure delicious, nutritious food for all. Backed by three decades of research and evaluation, our holistic, community-centered approach to nutrition security weaves together three core programming elements — access, affordability and education — as well as a focus on advocating for public policy solutions.

Originally built in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Online Learning Hub has evolved as a one-stop virtual shop for nutrition education, from our recipe database and online lessons, to our portals for teachers and nutrition educators in our network to download helpful resources. Our expert team of nutrition educators have developed curricula, lesson plans, recipes, videos and more. We hope you enjoy exploring the Hub!
