Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • ½ teaspoon oil
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup pinto beans
  • 1 cup white beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil.
  2. Add tomatoes and beans.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 35 minutes.
