Ingredients

  • ¾ cup kidney beans
  • ¾ cup green beans
  • ¾ cup chickpeas
  • ½ onion
  • 1½ tablespoons vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine beans and onion in a bowl.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
