Join us for nine lessons brought to you by nutrition educators at The Food Trust and some special guests. We’ll help you shop healthy at corner stores through choosing more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and high-calcium foods; discovering ways to reduce sodium and sugar; and stretching your food dollars. Each lesson includes a recipe, so be sure to watch till the end!
